It’s that time of the week once more.
The day of the week when Monochrome rules supreme and the amazing talents of photographers world wide are on show for all to see on Leanne Cole’s blog. Don’t forget that anyone can send a photo to Leanne for this challenge. You don’t have to be a professional, or even have a you-beaut-bells-and-whistles camera. The instructions for submitting your photo is on her blog.
This week, my photo comes from many years ago when we were travelling the Great Ocean Road in Victoria.
We had to pay to get in to see the Cape Otway Lighthouse but spent a lovely hour or so there in the freezing wind and driving rain wandering around the cottages and other buildings, climbing the lighthouse and having a warm cup of tea in the tea room afterwards.
I found this bike leaning against one of the buildings and oddly enough thought of provincial France. 🙂
I hope you enjoy my offering from this week.
Great photo Sue, actually I did think it was in France before reading your post…. looks like a very interesting place! 🙂

Thanks Karen. It was an interesting place. Not sure I’d spend the money to visit it again though unless the weather was absolutely divine on the day. 🙂

Very interesting photo Suz..The building looks very old. The bicycle says, a woman of action lives here. Well done.

Well the bike was rusty so I’m not much action had taken place in recent times Paul. lol

Great stark shot Suzanne. I got the feeling of someone coming to a farm to help in the dairy. You can set it by a Welsh long cottage just to increase your travel a bit.

Great pic Sue, it looks like a vintage bike and the overall effect is very provincial.
