WELCOME

Robert Frost famously said that the three words "It Goes On" summed up everything he had learned about life.
I'm Sue and I'm living proof that his words are incredibly true. In my life I have suffered grief, loss, disappointment, divorce, depression, abuse and a host of other things. I have also experienced much joy, peace, love and happiness as I have journeyed through my half century here on earth.
I have indeed learned that life goes on and the sun will in fact rise the following day. I've learned that how I choose to deal with the present moment and all following moments is entirely in my hands.
Through my blog I hope to share inspiration as I step out each day and tackle life head on.
